For those of you that enjoy eggsalad, I have a tiny twist. Make it the way you enjoy it. But, add some fine crumbled cooked bacon to it. Mix well. It's great. Enjoy!

Easy does this one.
Take your left over mashed potatoes, and add salt, pepper, crushed seasoned stuffing to form a patty. Either deep fry, or fry in butter in the pan.
